LR 3001.1 Application (See LR100)

Unless otherwise directed by the Court, the provisions of LR100 apply to all criminal cases pending within the District of Oregon, or after March 1, 2004.

LR 3001 During the first quarter of calendar year 2004, the District of Oregon will transition to the national release of the Federal Judiciary's Case Management/Electronic Case Filing (CM/ECF) system. This updated release will provide a criminal case management component for use by attorneys and the court. Pending development of more specific criminal CM/ECF local rules, the provisions of LR 100 will apply to all criminal cases pending in the District on or after March 1, 2004.
