Panel and speaker presentations will cover topics including the First Amendment; artificial intelligence and the courts; a Ninth Circuit case law review; and breakout sessions on alternative dispute resolution and mediation and new amendments to the Sentencing Guidelines. Lunch will be provided. This free, one-day CLE will conclude with a hosted dessert reception following the program. Please join the off-site hosted reception from 5:00–7:00 PM at 40 LBS Coffee Bar, 101 SW Main Street, Portland.
