The Wayne Lyman Morse United States Courthouse is located between 6th and 8th Street and Mill and Ferry in downtown Eugene. Metered parking is available on 8th and on Ferry, and several small paid parking lots are adjacent to the Courthouse. Photo ID is required to enter the courthouse.

Take I-5 North take exit 192 for OR-99 toward Eugene keep right at the fork to continue toward Franklin Blvd/OR-126 Bus/OR-99 and merge onto Franklin Blvd/OR-126 Bus/OR-99 continue to follow OR-126 Bus/OR-99 turn right at E. 8th Avenue. Courthouse on left.

From North:

Take I-5 South take exit 194B to merge onto I-105W/OR-126W toward Eugene take exit 2 for Coburg Rd take exit toward E 8th Avenue, turn left at E. 8th Avenue. Courthouse on left.
