Announcements New Procedure for Credit Card Payments in CM/ECF
New Procedure for Credit Card Payments in CM/ECF
Fees required for new civil cases opened electronically, notices of appeal, and pro hac vice applications may be paid via the Court's Case Management and Electronic Case Files (CM/ECF) system. Payment for a new civil case opened electronically is made by the attorney during the filing of the case initiating document. Payment for notices of appeal and pro hac vice applications may be made during electronic filing of those documents.
