Intake hours: THIS COURTHOUSE IS NOT STAFFED. All filing must be done at the Portland Division. Local Rule 73(a) and 28 U.S.C. 636(c)(1) provide that every full-time, part-time, or recalled magistrate judge assigned to the District of Oregon is designated and authorized to exercise civil jurisdiction over all assigned cases, to include the entry of final judgment and the conduct of any court or civil trial. Effective March 6, 2006, all new civil case filings arising within the Pendleton Division will be assigned directly to the Honorable Patricia Sullivan, part-time magistrate judge.
The Pendleton Court handles cases from the following counties:

- Malheur
- Morrow
- Sherman
- Umatilla
- Union
- Wallowa
- Wheeler
The courthouse is located at 104 SW Dorion, Pendleton, Oregon on the corner of SW 1st and Dorian. For security purposes there is no parking around the perimeter of the courthouse. You can find off-street parking within walking distance. This courthouse is NOT staffed. All filings must be done with the Portland Division or via CM/ECF. Trials, hearings and other court business take place at the courthouse on a scheduled basis only.

From West:
Head East on I-84; take exit 207 for US-30; turn left at Co 1300 Rd/US-30/Dorion Avenue - the Courthouse is on the right.
From North:
Head South on I-82E/US-395S; merge onto I-84 East; take exit 297 for US-30; turn left at Co 1300 Rd/US-30/Dorion Avenue - the Courthouse is on the right.
