Biographical Statement
My practice is limited to the mediation and arbitration of civil cases, and to the representation of pro bono clients through LASO.
For more than 40 years, I represented plaintiffs and defendants in civil litigation. Since the 1980's, I have assisted lawyers and their clients in the mediation and arbitration of civil claims. My law practice emphasized claims of professional, product, medical, drug and medical device liability, and insurance coverage issues. I have mediated cases involving all aspects of civil liability, including professional, product, business, insurance, employment and environmental issues.
