Biographical Statement
I have mediated employment, labor, commercial, real estate, and community disputes. I have continuously updated my mediation training, including 40 hours of Advanced Employment Mediation Training co-sponsored by the Alliance for Education in Dispute Resolution and Cornell/PERC Institute on Conflict Resolution; 24 hours of Advanced Mediation Training sponsored by United States Arbitration & Mediation Service; and 40 hours of "Training the Trainer" Mediation Training sponsored by the Community Boards Program in San Francisco, as well as numerous ongoing sessions sponsored by the ADR Program of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
I have been a full-time arbitrator and mediator since 1986, primarily in the labor and employment area.
