For users with a Pay.gov account, click Sign In located on the upper-right hand corner, and connect by using ID.me or Login.gov.

For users without a Pay.gov account, proceed to Step 2.

First-time users: search for the Oregon Criminal Debt Payment Form by typing ORD in the search field, then click on the magnifying glass icon.

On the search results page, click Continue.

Established Pay.gov account users: Navigate to My Account or Payment Activity to view past payments and to copy the form previously submitted to make a payment.

Review the information, then click Continue to the Form.

For Defendant Type, select Individual or Business. 

Enter the defendant’s name and the Civil and Criminal Account Module (CCAM) court case number.  If you have received a payment coupon, please refer to the coupon for the CCAM court case number.

In the Payer/Account Holder Information section, select Self Pay if you are making a payment for yourself.  Otherwise, select Third-Party Payer if you are making a payment on behalf of a defendant.  Next, enter your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address.

Enter payment amount.  The amount must be between $5.01 and $5,000. Review the information entered and, if accurate, click Continue.

Select your form of payment, then click Next.

On the Review and Submit page, verify that the e-mail address is accurate. You may also send the payment confirmation to other e-mail addresses in the CC field.  Be sure to insert a comma between e-mail addresses.

Read the Authorization and Disclosure Statement, check the box, and click Submit Payment.

Payment successfully submitted.
