Kilkenny Courthouse

All new civil case filings arising within the Pendleton Division will be assigned directly to the Honorable Andrew Hallman, part-time U.S. magistrate judge. See Local Rule 73(a) and 28 U.S.C. 636(c)(1), which provide that every full-time, part-time, or recalled U.S. magistrate judge assigned to the District of Oregon is designated and authorized to exercise civil jurisdiction over all assigned cases, to include the entry of final judgment and the conduct of any court or civil trial. 

The courthouse is located at 104 S.W. Dorion Avenue in Pendleton, Oregon, on the corner of S.W. First Street and Dorion Avenue. For security purposes there is no parking around the perimeter of the courthouse. You can find off-street parking within walking distance. This courthouse is NOT staffed. All in-person filings must be done at the Portland Division, which also receives any court-related inquiries. Trials, hearings and other court business take place at the courthouse on a scheduled basis only.
