The Pro Bono Work to Empower and Represent (POWER) Act promotes efforts across the country to empower survivors of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking through pro bono legal services. The District of Oregon is co-sponsoring a free remote POWER Act program on September 15, 2026, 10:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
