If a judgment in a criminal case orders restitution payments to you:

• You may elect to receive restitution payments by direct deposit into your bank account. Download AO 213R - Electronic Payment Information Request for Restitution Payees for instructions and the required form.
• If you do not elect to be paid by direct deposit, your restitution payments will be paid by a paper check sent by U.S. mail.   Ensure that the Court has your correct address. If your address changes, complete the required AO 140 - Victim Address Change Form .
