I have a multi-state mediation practice throughout the Pacific Northwest. I began mediating civil litigation matters in 2010. I mediate matters at all stages from pre-litigation to appeal. I mediate general civil litigation matters, including torts, civil rights, employment and labor, contracts, and real property.

The U.S. Probation and Pretrial Services System carries out probation and pretrial services functions in the U.S. District courts. Through its officers and other employees, the system works to make the criminal justice process effective and the public safe.
