Yes. Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 5.2, the responsibility to redact filings rests with the attorney and the party making the filing.  Please note that, pursuant to LR 5.2, the Clerk’s Office is not required to review documents filed with the Court for compliance with Fed.
